Due to the nature of cryptographic decryption, the delivery of the decrypted FBA manifest is instantaneous upon successful payment.
Because the AES-256 key is physically burned upon delivery and the decrypted data is immediately exposed to the user locally, all $149 decryption sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once the software has successfully unlocked the target file.
If a server error prevents the delivery of the decryption key after your card has been charged, please contact us immediately at support@nexuslogicsystems.com with your transaction ID, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
