Nexus Logic Systems provides a decentralized cryptographic locking engine ("The Software") for the purpose of compiling large-scale digital files into unbreakable vaults. We do not host, store, or distribute the files. We solely provide the mathematical DRM matrix and payment routing.
As a Creator utilizing our encryption engine, you bear 100% legal responsibility for the contents of the files you encrypt. The use of Nexus Vault to encrypt, sell, or distribute illegal material, copyrighted assets you do not own, or malicious software is strictly prohibited. Because we do not host the files, we cannot execute DMCA takedowns of your payload, but we will instantly terminate your Paddle license and payment routing if abuse is reported. To report malicious payloads or DMCA violations regarding cryptographic keys, contact ABUSE@NEXUSLOGICSYSTEMS.COM. We will permanently terminate the offending payload's edge routing.
Nexus Logic Systems provides the encryption software "as is." We are not liable for data corruption occurring due to local hardware failures, browser RAM exhaustion, or user error during the encryption or decryption processes. Buyers must ensure they have sufficient local storage to extract massive payloads.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The Software is provided by Nexus Logic Systems, 1207 Delaware Ave #1344, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States.
