Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record (Paddle.com). The fee of $149 is a one-time software licensing fee to decrypt a single audit manifest.
Nexus Logic Systems calculates discrepancies based purely on the raw ledger files you provide. We are not liable for Amazon's final reimbursement decisions. We supply the mathematical data; you submit the claim to Seller Central.
